We didn’t have a game at the weekend but looked a lot slower than Burnley. Plymouth had a bruising match against liverpool on Sunday and beat Millwall 5-1.

So why isn’t he playing him, I’d say he’s in the top 3 of our midfielders, if he doesn’t start he should be coming on. Is that 2-3 games he hasn’t come on ?

Never really in the game, batters in the first half, well contained in the 2nd.

More even game second half, even though neither side really created that much, however game was over in the first. Sometimes you have to accept that on the night you come up against a decent side. Very tight at the bottom now with Plymouth winning again. Another pressure game on Saturday and we are at home, we really have got to show some bottle and start getting points from these home games.

Worst thing you can do against a team like Burnley is concede early and give them confidence to control like that. Was always a tough ask but we are going to have to find points in tough games somehow.

Coyles confidence seems to have taken a massive hit. To me it looks like he doesn't know what he should be doing in possession, I wonder if moving to Selles style from the more methodical passing styles of Rosie and Tim is proving a difficult adjustment for him at the moment?

1st half men against boys, 2nd half especially after the changes we did ok against possibly the best drilled team in the division, we created a few chances against the best defence in the four leagues, tbh after 20 odd minutes I thought it was gonna be 5 or 6, but we slowly got to grips with it. Not good the defeat but tbh did we expect anything else ? As others have said its our home form that needs to change for the better, without that we'll be fkd, on to Norwich on Saturday with fingers crossed.

I think that for me, would likely mean the probability of that actually being the case would be significantly narrowed further.

Selles can't play him for the rest of the season for fear of triggering a clause but puts him in the squad anyway to placate his ego?

Do you think he personally sucks him off during his post match massage too?

Playing a team with 9 clean sheets in a row, but who struggles to create. So our captain gifts them the lead and effectively ends the game within 3 minutes. Unforgivable really

Agree. Unless it's a quick turnaround week (which it is) and you've got a more winnable game on the back side of it, or if he's carrying a knock.

It’s a mentality and confidence thing. They’ve brought in a couple centre-halves who look well up for it. Don’t know much about the Ukrainian kid but I’m familiar with Katić as I’ve watched Zürich a fair bit over the last few years.

As soon as we go a goal down, heads instantly drop and the body language is just piss-poor, not least from the captain who doesn’t motivate, doesn’t organise and is as quiet as a church mouse.

He probably would have started this one if we didn't have a quick turnaround.

19 games unbeaten, not lost at home all season, just set the record for clean sheets in the division and you need an extra 500 away fans to help you create an atmosphere? I’m not having, the Burnley fans were crap, whilst our away support wasn’t the biggest it was them you could hear on the broadcast.
