Well it would fit with the hasty exit and only three players apparently saying farewell. All conjecture really though. Maybe we'll learn something more with time. The second half "fight" was encouraging but we'll know soon enough whether this was a blip or a mini turning point. We've already had, what I thought anyway, were a few turning points this season and here we are - still wondering.
Exactly my thoughts dai. Had the players seen through him,Grimes,he realised this and first train out of Swansea for him. Edit.......I still need to be won over by LW.
Didnt we have a lovely time the Sunday we went to Bristol.....early morning start especially on a Sunday was difficult. It was a cold late morning the sun shining and then as the game started it clouded over and got colder. Our players looked as if they had all been kicked out of bed suddenly and didnt know where what and when apart from the goalie who though his kicking was as usual his other skills kept us in the game. Murmurings of defeat at half time and how, many goals we wee going to concede evaporated a a new look fighting team took control of the Swans players. O Brien is a class player and his expertise started shine through. A well taken first Swansea goal for Tynon and a first win in 2025.....what more could we have wished for on a cold February Sunday?
As long as he stays fit he will be a brilliant asset for us especially as he doesnt like side and back passes...he runs forward and and quickly too
Are the Welsh FA that desperate that they need to keep MG in the country as much as possible even though he is nearly 30...I suppose it saves the manager and his team looking for young upcoming players.
