Just walked in and the end of our game came on, so I watched it while I rested my bones.

The commentary team were praising 'the game management' of Watford. That amounted to endless time wasting, players going down off the ball, standing on our free kicks and substitutes taking minutes to leave the pitch. At Burnley the viewing public are asked to marvel at the lack of goals and the horrendous cheating by their keeper.

Things have certainly changed since the day of Brian Moore who'd have called it out as against the spirit of the game.

The referee today was a coward but the commentators never said a word about his atrocious performance.

Shame but that's just another example of how Sky dictates what people think.

I'd rather stay in the Championship than cheat, the way some of these teams cheat.

Completely agree. Think too many people are losing there **** over a couple of home draws in a row.

It's the championship most teams are inconsistent but can match any other on there day. The last 2 home games we've been slightly off it and the opposition have had better than their average days.

Suddenly teams have worked out how to play against us at home apparently. Well we've taken 14 of the last 18 points or 15 from the last 21 points available at home. I'll take that all day.

Oh and we will beat Luton on Wednesday

It's easier to lash out, at the team, than grit your teeth and accept that perhaps we're still on a learning curve with new players coming in.

This is RLB's first season in England and he inherited a totally demoralised bunch.

Now, the same people who said the club was in danger of relegation are claiming they're blowing automatic promotion.

I'd hate to be so reactionary tbh, they're either right up there or at rock bottom ...

... more black & white than the Mags.

I disagree. Thought we were on top until the penalty. Don't think Watford had a shot on target until then. Second half we weren't at the races. To be fair to RLB, he tried all sorts to make a difference.
I've wanted Le Fee in the middle and Aleksic on the left for the last few games. It nearly worked.
Bloke after the game hit the nail on the head. We didn't improve because of our subs, it was because Watford took Cissoko off.

2 late chances to win it, but that would have been an injustice. Got what we deserved.

The loud miserable bloke behind me is already geared up for Wednesday. As he was leaving at full time he was complaining about the whole team, how Luton will over run us and that's promotion gone.

I'm hoping he stays at home

I'm sure he won't but I'm sure his misery will be silenced with a win.

I've never really believed we could go up automatically. I mean I know we can but never thought we would.

I'm looking at the way the playoffs are setting up and thinking we will do anyone below us over 2 legs and I'd back us to beat Burnley or Sheffield Utd in a one off at Wembley.

He's pretty much silent when we are winning.

I'm very relaxed about the end to the season, we are inconsistent but so is everyone else. There still 15 games to go and a lot of tests and turns to come. As I've said before I back us against any team in the league and if that end up being at Wembley then so be it

It won't mate, these people can only feel alive if they're in a rage.

A win doesn't put them in a happy place, it just winds them up because they wanted to be angry.

They'll just say the win is papering over the cracks and they'll point out where we 'got lucky'.

Sadly they believe they're experts and know exactly where the manager is going wrong.

This was at half time, before the refs controversial performance in the second half.

Disagree. Would have Neil, Jobe and Le Fee as our first choice midfield 3, but the way forward was shown at Boro. Those 3 start, we get ahead and Samed helps to shut up shop. He's a much better bet at that than Ekwah. Ekwah gives us a different option to Rigg though, who hasn't been art the races recently. I know Le Fee didn't play in midfield until later on but that's our starting 3 when the LW's come back.
Samed will play his part, as he did against Boro and is a better option to bring on in midfield to shore things up than Ballard or Hjelde or Ekwah, who couldn't defend to save his life. We keep our shape and don't sit back.

For the second home game running, we got what we deserved. No way did we deserve 3 points today. We only started playing in the second half, when Cissoko went off. We did have 2 chances to win it at the death, but if we take our red and white specs off, our overall performance didn't merit 3 points

Thought he was pretty poor in the first too. Fans in the ground were not happy with the penalty decision either

Knew this was going to happen. Their first player went down as if he'd been shot within 18 seconds of the game starting

Yes it’s quite rich as they were complaining about the dark arts that Norwich displayed in their recent match - they are obviously quick learners though in fairness I don’t think I have seen a Norwich team be as dirty and show gamesmanship as bad in the sixty or so years I have watched SAFC. I always considered them a footballing side .
