Not too many Irish fans celebrating that win and in particular that performance. This Irish team have been brilliant and produced some magical performances and results but are clearly now on the wane. Our provincial and in particular the Leinster system that has served us so well since professionalism is now creaking and causing growing issues over here. I am perplexed why the IRFU is not sending more of the Leinster squad players to the other 3 provinces to give them game time. The best of our younger players are going stale in the bloated Leinster squad instead of getting game time elsewhere. At the same time the age profile of this squad is seriously worrying and the younger players aren’t being blooded quick enough to get the age profile down. England looked good yesterday and Ireland rarely concede that amount of tries and points. It’s taking SB time to get there but they are developing nicely and yesterday shouldn’t be held against them. Few teams win in Dublin and most 6 nations games are very competitive with less than 10pts in it.
Wales going through a tough period but show some respect. A fabulous rugby nation that right now need our support.
Or a strong Georgia? There really is a case for promotion and relegation rather than this closed shop.... Italy would have benefited from this a few years ago and it's good to see them improving now.... England just score a 2nd try but awful attempted conversión from Smith, instead of being ahead by a point they still trail by a point...
