Sorry to hear this mate. I would never have left a cat never mind a dog if id accidentally knocked one over. There’s not a reason good enough in the world for it.
They probably will mate, my Alsatian cross died on a walk and even though my other dog (a beagle) knew he was dead he howled for week for him. Having two will help though (we got a pup eventually for my beagle and then a Romanian rescue for the pup when my beagle died. The circle of life)
Fookin hell Wayne that's shìt mate. I lost both my dog's, one early last year and the other the year before. Still fooking miss em. Don't think I could get another. Too upsetting.
Just want to say my thoughts are with you. I know how devastating it is lose a pet that is so close to you. Had to get my dog put down who had been so loyal to me during tough times in life...she developed encephalitis. Broke my heart.....how come I could hold it together when family members passed away but my dog dies and I'm a mess. Unconditional love right....hope the bloke that ran your dog over rots in hell.
My dog is so stubborn he does what he wants when he wants, but I know I’ll be gutted if anything ever happened to him, he’s one of the family and I love him to bits. Please accept my condolences, they may be little buggers, but they’re our little buggers.

Absolutely. A dog will never let you down. You can rely on that. You don’t get the honesty, loyalty, respect, friendship and love that they give. The only time that they’ll ever break your heart is when theirs stops beating.
