Aye, when Lampard has the biggest personality out of the three of them you know you’d struggle to make convo over a pint :emoticon-0102-bigsm tbf I thought it was hilarious during COVID when he told Klopp to f*ck off giving it the biggun because he won 1 title

They’re not ****e but they do get a hell a lot of luck and help from the officials/VAR.

Their game plan is to **** house and time waste it seems.

I used to love the rivalry, it had been going for a hundred years and was one of the best in the country.

It survived all the 'Geordie Nation' nonsense with John Hall and the awful Freddy Shepherd who took Newcastle to the brink of bankruptcy.

It lived on through the 'drinking lager in a Toon shirt on the terraces with the lads' nonsense that Mike Ashley brought, which was so embarrassing.

The Mags lapped it up, praised Ashley as the hugely rich visionary who'd spend whatever it took to put them back where they belonged ...

... when he realised he'd been conned he stopped spending and they turned against him with a vengeance.

Derby matches were incredible because the clubs were usually quite closely matched and you never knew which way the games would go.

Then the state of Saudi Arabia bought them as a sportswashing exercise and the rivalry just died, such a shame.

Whatever the Mags think they've gained I'd say they've lost a lot more ... dignity, heritage and one of the best rivalries there ever was.

Mad when you think this competition is virtually meaningless for them ...

... whereas It's the whole world for the richest club on the planet.
