Norwich away - spare ticket wanted

    Hi, sorry to start a new topic.
    I'm after a spare ticket to Norwich away this Saturday.

    I've just moved from Australia to the UK(long time toon follower..at 3am in the mornings) to see as many matches as I can get to, am a member, but as the allocation didn't get past ST holders I missed out, assuming like many others.

    Have been to half a dozen matches in the last month or so and am London based so would love this canny trip.

    If anyone knows of a spare floating around could you please let me know via email/PM.

    Good luck mate.

    Nobody apart from ST holder is ever going to get an away ticket again if the current policy contines.

    Man C, Man U, Norwich, Bolton, Liverpool - all sold out to ST holders.

    Yeah, nothing against ST holders - it's 100% right that they get first refusual. Just wish we had enough to go round. Some ST holders must have not been able to get tickets for Man C and Man U, that's how mad it is.

    I never did even though I explicitly asked for an explanation.

    **** that, I'm a ST holder and even I can't get tickets. <laugh>

    I think the same 1,800 just wait on their computers for the first hour of sale...

    The current scheme defeats the purpose of having a membership. I managed to get Stoke and Blackburn tickets with my membership but you could buy tickets on the door for both of those anyway.

    That has to be done though in order to get them.

    I have 170 loyalty points and I'm still not guaranteed a ticket when it starts at 25 LP, I have to be in there straight away.

    You could buy away tickets at both of those matches at the door?

    Would you recommend going to Norwich without a ticket hoping to get one at the pub pre-match or at the gate?

    I wouldn't recommend that, no.

    At Blackburn LOADS of people got tickets on the door, but that was because it was Carling Cup and hadn't sold out. Stoke didn't sell out so they were selling them on the door, spoke to a bloke who didn't have membership and got one on the door.

    Pretty sure they were rare occurences and if the game is sold out then it's not going to happen.

    I'm heading to Norwich without a ticket to meet up with some family and friends. Tried to get a ticket but just wasn't possible so I'll be in a pub with my sister watching the match instead.

    Leaving at 7, that's all the info I can give. Hopefully there for 12 but it's a horrible place to get to.

    There's loads of bars and pubs near the ground so no real designated one. Just follow the singing.

    As you come out the station, turn left and you'll see a load of bars heading along the river towards the ground.
