From the clips, looks very comfortable on the ball and a good range of passing On the smaller side and that seems to reflect on his duel stats, but probably not as many big clogging strikers in the PL to worry about and a back three should help mitigate that weakness.
I went on the Peterborough forum and definitely sad to see him leave. A few comments about him being a left back though?
A decent piece about him in the Echo which shows that his passing accuracy is extremely good (91.6% accuracy last season) and he can hit a long ball (67.5% success). Excels in 1-1 defending, but doesn’t win headers and isn’t the quickest. Based on our track record he’ll have an absolute beast of a season in the championship and then be sold when we get promoted. The Southampton way.

In fairness, even before additions, the core of our team looks great for the championship. Edwards, Wood, Charles, Fernandes (maybe), Archer and Armstrong are class for that league. Add in a few recruits and we should be set. My worry is whether ir not we will have a manager the gets them working to the best of their ability.
He would have been a good addition as a first team sub over the past month or so instead of having ABK as a permanent bench warmer? Even if he didn’t play, the experience surely would have useful for his development & maybe come on for the last few mins like some many clubs do? Still he’s gone now until next year.
Yeah 100% agree but was really talking about the last 1-2 months whereby ABK was just sat there doing nothing & was obviously never going to be used - as seen last Saturday when we ran out of CB’s apart from ABK & we shift Aribo there.
