Ultimately if we aren't promoted we'd lose Mepham, le fee and Samed directly. We'd likely have to sell Jobe and Rigg but that would probably get us a massive amount to re-invest. It would be unfortunate but we would be in a very good position.

Levy-esque levels of bargaining from Speakman here.

It's a good shout as back up though if Adingra doesn't happen.

Accept the £12-15m but have him for rest of this season.

There must be loads of clubs watching us to see who we go for so that they can jump in with a higher offer.
Our scouting lot are doing a good job finding these players and I can fully understand why we keep quiet about the deals.
Imagine if others had heard that Le Fee was available. Would we have still got him and at what price.

I can’t see Tommy staying here. If he had put a message out that he wanted to stay and get a deal that would be ok but he’s given no sign he wants to stay here.
Let’s hope Neil isn’t thinking along similar lines. We could do with some positive message from him.
I suppose they can’t all be like Onion and Wilson who absolutely love it here.

Someone is saying he’s travelling down so if so it’s agreed. Keith saying it’s unlikely. Keith usually behind?

This is brilliant from Speakman, mind. Can imagine their hierarchy thinking he’s a right cheeky bastard. Love it.

Considering the distance he may well be travelling down IN CASE its agreed. Wouldn't read too much into that.

It would make no sense for him to be sitting at home in Sunderland waiting for a call and then have a 5-6 hour journey. Its not like he can be training or playing tonight.

Adingra, Danns and a RW that would make the window an 11/10 for me

Both have options I think but not obligations. Might be wrong though.

I'd give it a 9/10 even without the RW
