TBH I agree. And given RLBs tendencies on rotation and subs, I still wonder quite how much value we'll get from signings anyway. I tend to view January signings mostly as security blankets if I'm honest.
This is exactly how I feel. We have done tremendously well to stay in contention, with all of the injuries we've had to put up with.
Yeh, when you think the playoff final will be the 19th game that any signings joining today can possibly play - thats under 20 games. Only 16 if we do it automatically. It just feels an incredibly small number Of course that's 48 points to play for, and we need to get 6 more points than Sheff Utd. So whilst the timeline feels small there's plenty of scope to impact.
