And so should those that have a reputation for knowing things but hint at bigger issues or agreements. It works both ways
Going to leave this here. The pissy arguments about whether folk have inside knowledge or not, or whether folk are positive or not, are ****e to read. Makes this a poorer place. It looks personal for some, which I doubt, but it looks that way. I was told some 'so called' inside info yesterday morning. I didnt share, because it has become a rod for your back it seems on here. Reality is that info is genuine, but may well turn to ashes. That is footy tfrs. That is life generally. Things are planned, agreed, then get pulled. Here is a thought. Everyone here wants the same. We have different ways of thinking about it. Take it as well intended, or ignore it. Bitching with each other is bairns behaviour.
If I was a betting man, you have been a member of both forums before and come here again for a wind up.
Have I gone mad (or madder) I see responses to comments, but cant see original comments, what is happening? Keep the faith lads and lasses
You wanted to see that I was trying to catch out Prehab so let's be clear. He said Brighton hadn't reached our valuation, for Watson, so I asked him what that was ... he has no idea. He said Man Utd had out in a massive bid, for Jobe, so I asked him what that was ... he has no idea. If he's making those claims aren't I entitled to ask a follow up question ... ... and how is that trying to catch him out? If he says what the figures are that's the end of it ... or he can say he has no idea. As for chasing someone off the board, how does that work? He's a fake from RTG, in my opinion, but all I did was ask some harmless questions. He could put me on ignore or tell me to f*ck off ... but instead he's vanished as they all do.
Fair poi mate, but there have been hints at agreements, hints at refusal to sign contracts. I don't see a lot of hints about good things. Take today with Watson, he's refusing to sign a contract apparently, but I haven't seen one post on here saying we offered him one? It works both ways and yesterday and today feels like people are waiting to say "told you so"
Watching the meltdown on social media just confirms what I thought when 'The Model' was first discussed at the start of the new ownership. Big parts of our fan base will never be patient enough to bear with it! On my 45th season now and obviously its been gash for the most part. Never in all of that time have we ever had this many players coveted by top sides for so much money. I reckon if you combined all 45 seasons, todays squad would still have more sellable assets! Please God we finish the job this season so we can hold on to them for a bit longer. If not, its only a matter of time before we do make it back, and not have to do an Ipswich just to survive.
I've just heard a snippet from a very well connected person. I was right about Jobe, I was right about Cattermole. I was right about McCoist (as a contender for manager a few years back). hope this is right too. I don't often post except for match days. But, if this one happens, I'd be happy
Cracking post mate The end of the window always brings arguments over hear say Just read through pages of nonsense to see if there's been any more link Will likely stay off until the window closes as hate what it turns into at the end of windows
Supposed to be a joke. The Gorbals is a place in Glasgow (sort of like Pennywell or The Garth) and we’ve been mentioning a player called Guebbels a lot on here. Coat got.
You've cheered me up no end mate. That was a wonderful couple of months. Skunks shouting from the rooftops that they were the champions, then Fergie turned the handle, Keegoon opened his trap and the rest is history.
