10m up front plus realistic add ons taking it to 15m is the minimum we should accept imo

 

Shows how much we rate him and maybe puts to bed some of these rumours about him wanting out

 

Can only really assume we think he’ll sign a new contract if we’re turning down £12m if the make-up of the bid is decent…

or that Mundle rumour is true.
