13:40 Leopardstown - Redemption Day e/w Grade-1, Class-1, Novice Hurdle over 2m on soft ground. Finished 4th LTO but no doubt needed this outing as it was the Blue Bresil gelding's first run after an 8-month layoff. Has shown vast improvement wearing a hood, so wears this headgear again today. Absolute rubbish choice. Horse didn't look the slightest bit interested IMHO? (Ah well, congrats to all who found a winner today, well done!)
I was deeply impressed by Ballyburn today. He beat a very good yardstick in Croke Park. 3 miles should bring out even more.
