If a striker is beyond the defenders it's a promising attack whether your 20 yards out or 30 yards out.

Utterly pathetic officiating and he should be demoted.

It was a throw in where everyone was bunched together. You have no way of knowing who would have got on the end of the ball before Mings caught it - the camera was zoomed in.

Actually ignore that. It wasn't zoomed in but having seen it again there's no promising attack there. It's just a long throw.

Think Alvarez could easily have picked up 2 yellows on another day. Committed a lot of fouls.

Martinez from Man U was pissed off that Fulham didn't put the ball out, as Ugarte was down with a leg injury! What the **** has happened to the beautiful game?

I see Michael Oliver and his family received death threats because he simply made an incorrect decision. Hope police find the ****s responsible and hold them to account. In the meantime I wish referees would take a stand and go on strike for a week or two. No referees = no game.

I agree, though if they did that, VAR would probably run the game full time with AI robots.

This would be the ideal scenario. Unfortunately they’d probably use the completely useless ones we have to train them

The “Intelligence” part of the AI acronym is doing some heavy lifting there…

Chris Wood will never have a season like this again. Love it when a bit of an average also-ran player randomly has a purple season out of nowhere. Bit like Shane Long did for us that time.

It was important to see how they reacted from that match. Bmouth are going so well, that they could do that to a lot of PL teams right now. The test for Forest's CL credentials is whether they could brush it off immediately, and they've passed that test with flying colours.

Mind you, a home match vs Brighton was a pretty much perfect next fixture for Forest. The way that Brighton play so high and so open, it's just perfect for Forest's fast, direct counter-attacking style.

We've no longer lost by the biggest margin this season.

    For now.
