Hats off to the ref in the end, he got the red card correct on a tricky call. The Watford player has thrown the game for them, if he hadn’t pushed Marcondes in the throat that would have just been a yellow.

Corners are a bit of a dilemma,if it’s a defensive player it would be a penalty. This would give the attackers a bit of an advantage. They would just incur a free kick.
I think it is clear though that we need to be aware of Watford on the counter, they do have pace and will be their outlet if they can

I think the ref had to give a yellow simply because he would have lost control - it was borderline for me, I think we would have been really pissed off if that had been a red when committed by our player.
By giving a yellow the Watford team feel like they got away with one slightly and it calms down.
