£20-25m this summer but if he gets 10 PL goals we’d be looking at £35-40m I reckon

he’s probably worth £15m right now

 

Tall, quick, versatile, decent goal record with massive scope to improve. Easily a £10m player right now.

 

I'd not want an obligation to buy Clarke in the summer. He's shown he struggles to step up. I'd love him here for the promotion push though!

 

So looking like 2 loans to come in? From an educated guess anyway, no names in frame makes it all the more exciting for me can’t wait to see what we do from here

Agree, I think mundle might have a higher ceiling. Would be a good problem to have

Great business that mind because there would have been other parties trying to tempt Zenit in the summer. This is a completely different Sunderland to past regimes, we're always on the front foot.

 

Different players thrive in different scenarios. Clarke loved it here and the fans love him. We know how he likes to play and how to get the best out of him. He'll step up with us.
