    Slow steady progress is what is happening and what is required.

    Over time we will utilise PIF’s networks and establish massive revenue streams.

    And slowly they will lose their dignity and try and destabilise us.

    But we will get there.

    The game isn't over it's a big game... I believe Newcastle can actually beat anyone on their day.

    That gives them a chance in a final IF they can get there.

    Fat people will find any bullshit excuse other the actual fact which is that they are a lazy lump that's addicted to food because they are too fat and lazy to get addicted to anything else.

    I’m slightly overweight. I’m 6ft and 15 stone. So I need to lose about 12 pounds. Any advice?

    Depends on your body composition but to lose fat.. Intermittent fasting with two big meals a day... High protein, low Carb veg like peppers, onions, spinach, tomatoes, brocoli, cabbage and use sweet potatoes..

    Olive oil is good! Don't be afraid to eat good fats. If products say low fat guess what? High in sugar. It's sugar you need to avoid NOT fat..it has to be good fats though.... Nuts, egg yolks get them in you.

    Fast for 16 hrs last meal 7pm first meal 11am or something like that.Train on an empty stomach in the morning with high intensity. It might be too difficult at 16, so if so start at 12 hours which isn't enough to start using your fat stores, but build your way to 16 then 18 then 20 and eventually OMAD 24 hrs.. 16 is enough imo that's generally what I do. I do stretch it to 18 or 20at times.

    Ps you're not starving it's your body releasing a hormone at times you've trained your body to eat. After a while you'll release at 11am and 7pm roughly.. You eat the same amount yeah just at two specific times and no. Snacks.... When you're no longer hungry morning and night and even at meal times it's because you're now using fat for fuel.

    In the morning you aren't having a damn thing. Water and black coffee.. If you need to drag out the fast use a little olive oil in the coffee.. It's called bullet proof coffee.

    Secret to boring food cholula hot sauce.. It's good but be careful with others as they usually contain loads of sugar.
