A happy Christmas and new year to you all.....and hoping that Argyle's new year will be more fruitful than this one and we earn enough points to be no lower than 21st.

I hope everyone survived the day and that Santa brought everything they wanted.

All went well here: didn’t drop the turkey, no hangover. We prepared for the new Wallis and Grommet by watching a Shaun The Sheep movie while the turkey was cooking. There’s no finer start to a day.

It was tough yesterday around my sons family for the festive meal.....plus my daughters family bring all the puddings etc for us to enjoy.

For over 40 years we did the Christmas meal.....now it is their turn to do the hard work.

Unfortunately my youngest grandson had to miss out.....he was in his bedroom with Covid symptoms....everytime he comes back from Uni he goes down with something.....it seems to be a regular occurrence with students when they change from one invironment to another so it seems.

Funnily enough we were just discussing that.

My daughter and her fiancée are saving for their first house while living here. If they succeed and they move out in 2025, and we go to them, that’ll be the first Xmas dinner I haven’t cooked for about 35 years.

That's just knee jerk because he's gone now. He was one of if not the best player we had for ages. History doesn't get changed just like that. He made us a very very good profit.

Yeh and thats business also, i would work for non profit, sometimes we have a good player that makes money. i enjoyed watching him, n oone moaned when he was in the promotion team or last season, he stayed with us and helped us stay up.. i dont hold any grudge we got good money and he has gone. good luck we move onwards as usuall.
Lets all have a pint and here is to the next few million..

Plym line them up and get your card out .. no rates for Pensioners in this bar .. oh i in trouble now.. sorry ...
