BS mate, they've delivered everything promised and we've got a competitive team on the pitch. Really don't see the issue tbh The only issue I've had with them is when they wanted to join/form a super league. However, but like with the ticket prices, they listened and backtracked.
Not the best and not the worst. Pount out which premier league owners are much better than fsg? (No oil states allowed though.)
I'm probably the only one then who doesn't care if we super-league or not? Not saying I want it, but rather I'm indifferent. (Although if it exists I would rather be in than out) Don't like it without promotion/relegation, but it really doesn't matter me if we're playing in England or Europe as long as we're in the top tier of whatever we're in.
Lfc have.now let it be known that we are terribly excited by our left full prospects. Yes, forget about signing a new lb folks. The greatness thst is lfc youth policy has once again taken care of this for us. Give owen Beck a warm round of applause. The next conor Bradley folks. Just forget the 3 big names leaving on a free amdnact smug thst we are so far ahead of the game we are playing 3d chess while other are playing checkers badly and losing.
I'm one of the few who was not against the 39th game in the US. Even an end-of-season play-off tournament for the Top Four. But this Club World Cup thing FIFA are starting this summer will kybosh that idea anyway.
We don't qualify for the club world cup but Chelsea do because they won't the CL in 21, absolute joke.
Agreed. I can only see the European clubs viewing it as a waste of time and using it as a pre-season tour type deal, probably looking to get out of it as soon as possible.
If we were in it I'd want us to win it, but I cba with it really. Just another moneymaking show-piece tournament for me.
Problem is that the teams who are in it will have more $$$ to spend….and FSG’s apparent restraint in the transfer market is already becoming a toxic discussion. So more games = more money = more signings. personally I don’t care for it but won’t moan when others are spending more.
It's not toxic. It's only toxic when those who get irate when there's no signing lose their heads on deadline days when the rest of us know the score. Beck is going to be the new lb. Whatever else happens this summer is down to how much there might be to spend but people will need to start getting used to the idea of losing all 3 on a free and potentially having to sell the next couple along that won't sign a new deal. We are now headed to the point where lfc have no option but to give the contracts or watch them walk as January window is also coming to a close. (Same thing as summer, ever commentary thinking lfc must offer these players a deal)
