How would you like to line up for this one and how do you think we actually will line up?
Gray will definitely start over Reggie and I can’t see Kulu being rested given how important this game is. It’s an absolute must win so our best player has to start.
I hope Spence can play and it’s something like this. Gray looked like he badly needed a rest by the end of Thursday. He’s far from alone in needing one but he has to play midweek. If we can rest Kulu that would also be good but I feel like he’ll probably start.
Leicester are truly horrendous. We need to rest players. Kulu and Archie look understandably finished. Playing exhausted players is counter productive. It doesn't make us any stronger and only increases the chances of our injury list growing.
Bloody hope so! But I'd actually move him to RB as Porro - whether on form or fitness - is vulnerable. Play Reguilon at LB and rest Archie. Dragusin and Davies at CB is fine for this one. Sonny showed a spark of form midweek so hopefully will maintain that. Deki hasn't looked anything like his best for a few games but has to start. And Maddison too. After that it's anybody's guess, although from what he showed on Thursday I wouldnt be averse to giving Lankshear a start. (Knowing there's no chance of that happening...)
Just can't excited about football at the moment, in all the years of disappointment I have endured as a spurs fan, this is as low as I have been for some time in terms of enjoyment watching the team. There are very few redeeming features about watching Spurs (or Gillingham) at the moment and today is a must win game and we don't do 'must win' we will turn up today thinking Leicester are **** we just need to out stroll around and the win will be ours, when in fact nothing could be further from the truth. Leicester will play as if there lives depend upon it and I we don't have the right attitude then only 1 outcome is likely. Come on spurs prove me wrong!
Spence not fit enough for the squad. Gray and Kulu both starting. Could be exciting to see Yang and Moore off the bench at least, as we don’t really have any other options to come on. Wait, Maddison isn’t even in the squad either?!
Looks like Maddison’s another casualty then. Spence not in the squad either. Reguilon still on the bench as others get ran into the ground. Was quite funny how he said pre-Hoffenheim that he wouldn’t be able to call on Reguilon as if he would’ve had any intention to do so, lol.
Reggie not starting is bizarre. I love Archie Gray as much as anyone, I think he’s great, but he’s also knackered and having players in their proper position should really be the priority.
Maddison was the 1 player I thought might be for up for it ! And as for picking Archie (who you know that I rate so highly) over Reggie today at left back that is just the most Ange thing imaginable.
