After some of the concerns when we were close to the bottom and seemingly everyone around us had games in hand it’s great to see 4 teams below us who’ve now all played the same number of games as we have. Plus another one who do still have a game in hand. Tight on points still admittedly, but our position feels a bit less tentative now. What a cracking feeling that is
Yes about a month ago it felt like we could be only a game or two from being cut adrift. Lots still to do but it's a lot healthier looking now
It appears this table uses a simple season-long average which doesn’t account for our improved form under Sellés. We’re currently on track to finish with around 52 points at the rate we’re going.
It has some hybrid between ppg and form but I don’t know what the exact calculation is. Still it’s encouraging. I think that point total to stay up is about right at 45 ish
Each game and every point is massive the position we are in, we have had a few opportunities to win a couple on the trot, next week is another. It’s a chance to open a small gap but we have to win it. No game in this league is easy as we have found out over the season. The players really have to be up for it and as a fan we have to create a atmosphere for the importance of the game. We are right in this mini league for relegation and there is still a long way to go, however the games will soon come and go. Friday night was an outstanding result but now once again at home we have a massive opportunity playing a team in the same position as us. Back the team and hope they perform.
