    Well done Swanny. Hope all well with you after hospital stay :emoticon-0148-yes:.
    Just catching up with the racing from today and the McConnell winner at Cheltenham was extraordinary. The winner wasnt even in the tele pic on the far side of the track.
    A question for those with better knowledge of the rules than me. Why did Stage Star have to give L’homme Presse 4lbs today? They’re both Grade1 winners which I thought was normally the reason for weight variances in such races.

    Thank you, Chan. I would say that two of the best on here to answer your last-sentence question would be Nassau and/or Bustino. I, myself, am a million miles away from the knowledge these two gentlemen (and others on here) have in this respect . Hope you are doing well. Gute nacht!

    Penalties after September 30th, 2023, a winner of a Listed or Premier Handicap chase 4lb; of a Grade 1 or Grade 2 chase 6lb (Half penalties for wins achieved in novices' and beginners' chases in Great Britain and Ireland and 3yo only chases in France)
