    Latte Lath injured today then?

Just think it stinks of a 1-1. Really hope we win like, but it’ll be tough

    Watched on TV

    Was baffled at team selection
Was baffled at the subs and the late change in formation to a 5-4-1
I thought that Hume was at the races - the rest weren't.
They all still busted a gut and should NOT have been booed

I think this one sits with RLB!

It did show us though what Samed can do as a CDM, even though it shouldn't have been today.
It also showed ELF is not a Left winger but still contributed well in the first half
It also demonstrated again that we can not, any more, try to manage a game out by hoying on a load of defenders

Frustrating today. We were all over them for large periods of the game but just couldn't find the back of the net in the first half.

Another one where it felt like a defeat at the end rather than being happy with a point.

We missed pace. It was ridiculous that RLB set up at home with an AFH set up

It's noticeable that even the most positive posters on here cannot defend that performance.

However, I think too many on here are making Samed the scapegoat. He was very tidy in what he did and he's effectively doing his pre-season in terms of fitness. People need to cut him some slack. The problem for him today was that Neil wasn't at his best and Jobe had arguably his worst game of the season. Maybe he's more effective with Rigg alongside him. When Samed went off, they were cutting through the middle of us with ease and we couldn't get hold of the ball.
Patterson was poor and Cirkin (normally my favourite player) had 2 right feet today and was deservedly hooked. Apart from his goal, Isidor was ineffective. None of the subs played well.
Le Fee looked dangerous early on, but there was a bit of a worrying trait today where we were guilty of getting the ball to him and expecting him to do the rest, a bit like we did with Clarke and McGeady.

We scored 2 goals then went on the defensive, where other teams would have gone for the jugular. That is at RLB's door. This ploy has failed before and it failed again. Last season proved that we are a side built to attack, when we tried to be more defensive we lost game after game.

Our creative flair is a joy to behold, we need to trust ourselves to carry it out correctly. It's no coincidence that we are top of the table for giving late goals away. This has got to stop and attack is our best form of defence.

I'm going to finish off an unusually (for me) downcast post, by focussing on a coupe of positives.
Samed got minutes on the pitch and kept the ball ticking over like Henderson used to at Liverpool. He might not have played any killer passes, but he was tidy. Give him time. There's definitely a player in there.
Le Fee was very effective first half, and looked like our only creative outlet. He faded in the second, but had little support. On one occasion he had 3 men on him and Cirkin and Jobe were no where to be seen. He's wasted wide left, but that should change with Mundle's return. Le Fee is some player!

Hume was our best player on the day with an assist and a goal. He was one of our few success stories today.

I'm hoping for a Leeds win to keep Burnley and Sheff Utd close. This result is disappointing, but we're still in there fighting. HTL!!!!!

So boo the team for failing to win a single game when we are two thirds of the way through what has been a brilliant season and WAY above our expectations?

**** that. It's pathetic, it's entitled and it's immature. I was embarrassed by that today.

I thought Samed did well, especially considering how long he's been out. Don't want to see that midfield three again but it's not a reflection on Samed just the setup.
