If they deliberately set out to relegate us I don't think they could have made better picks. 4 managers we've had in the PL under SR and they've never considered we might need one who's done it before? Agree I think 5 at the back is part of the problem, it lends nothing to us and we would benefit from a 4 with an extra number in midfield.

It's definitely a problem with our squad. I don't mind the concept of three CBs. But as I keep on saying, it only works with two quality WBs. You can't just push a FB slightly forward, and expect them to excel as a WB. Sure, some FBs are good enough to play WB, but not many. Christ, most of our FBs aren't even good enough to play FB, let alone WB! Manning plays LWB like Smallbone plays DM. Just passes sideways or backwards.

Almost as embarrassing as you liking posts around some of this stuff. I didn’t think the penalty should have been overturned. They literally went against why VAR was brought in for. What, we now meant to bow down and take it if we don’t agree with something. You may think I’m acting embarrassing, I’m thinking you are coming over somewhat pious.
