Cagey 1st half..... only saves by Nardi

 

Lots of possession whilst creating pretty much feck all in the way of chances.

Smyth having another good game though.

Lets have some Marti Magic at the half and take 'em to the cleaners in the 2nd.

 

Poorest half going forward for a long time. Awful press, allowing them to easily get up the pitch. Not one good cross into the box. Probably Alfie-time before long, or even now.

 

Think they’ve defended very well and deep. Happy to sit in their shape and hope for set pieces and channel balls which have nearly given them a goal. Superb from Nardi for that save near the end to hold onto it. Right behind it and it looked brilliant.

 

For the abuse we got when Derby beat us , I’d just like to point out that they currently sit in the bottom 3

That was a seriously good save by Nardi, the more you see it the more impressive it gets.....
