Crooks Alzatte Kamara Think this was the first real example of Sellesball with players that can execute the plan, especially the recent additions. Not perfect by any stretch but a world away from expectations
Alzate Macca Kamara could easily name at least two other groups of three and be happy with those choices but special mention to Drameh for a return to form, Gelhardt for his ****housery and general good play, Joseph for his relentless running on his debut and of course Crooks for that finish but they were all magnificent.
Alzadte just looks class, he has so much time Macca because unlike the others, he was outstanding in two positions one very unfamiliar to him. Geldhart for his ****housery. Was it him at it after the final whistle? I’m suddenly hoping TWS go up, so we have a chance of keeping him Can I go on? Kamara suddenly seems to have become a man (previously a boy)
Crooks Has to be we’ve not had a midfielder capable of that all season Macca Really pleased for him battles and battled Alzate Controls things so well the jigsaw is coming together now Without gelhardt crooks Joseph we don’t win that sorry but we dont
Crooks...immense Jacobs...equally immense and a good finish. Macca....rock solid, cool, and dominant. ... Magnificent result and performance at a place where no-one expected us to get anything. Just shows what can happen when you get the bounce of the ball for once and a bit of luck. Every player deserves a vote after that performance.
