C ould we not try a different system, 4-4-2 or 3-5-2, also all of our last 3 managers always go for like for like substitutions try mixing it up a bit to make the opposition think a bit.

 

That’s because it’s all about the style these days.

 

I agree trouble is style does'nt get you points and once the opposition know your style of play by watching previous games it becomes easier for them.

 

Style and formation doesn't always equate to the same thing.

And the way analysis is in the modern game, there are very few surprises these days.

 

I'm not saying it does but our style and formation rarely changes much,

 

Think between Walter and Sellars it's changed an awful lot.
