Seen a little bit of him, few misplaced passes and regained possession but looked a bit sluggish or tired. Think he made a decent run before the second goal and looked like a bloke holding off a boy with ease. There was someone in the midfield who looked good like, obvs not aleksic. Had his socks rolled down
If it was the big lad in midfield will be middlemas - I like him more than Harrison Jones but Jones keeps getting on the bench so what do I know. And yeah sounds like you caught the end of Abdullahi's spell, did look completely knackered into the second half - hopefully keeps building his fitness back up
Mate of mine is an Ipswich fan. He's heard we are after Broadhead now they have Philogene and Ensisco.
Definitely fits the versatile forward bill, always wary of players coming back though, good player at this level like
He has been starting games recently, I'd be surprised if this is true but I rate him, wonder how much they'd ask for him?
Wouldn't mind a few of the Ipswich 'backup' attackers. Broadhead, Chaplin, Hirst. All good at this level.
They're currently second in the Portuguese second tier and I believe their starting line up yesterday was the same as their starting line up in their 4-0 victory at the weekend. They had a winger that cost them about £8m...
Yeah they are, was just saying that. Although Roker Report seem to have started some weird rumour of the mystery ten million pound man
Feels like they’re throwing **** at the wall to see what sticks right now. Having Broadhead, Clarke, Philogene, Enciso, Burns, Hutchinson and Szmodics (I know he’s injured) all scrapping over similar positions seems like a lot
I'd take Clarke out of them if he's available, but wouldn't want us to pay more than £6m for Broadhead and I suspect they'd want quite a bit more than that.
I do think their business has been really bizarre this season, about 8 attackers of all about the same quality (enciso the standout for me) and 7 of them are barely premier league standard for 2/3 positions
