Sheff Weds one of the old school grounds having been there many times watching City the ground is a real classic.

Not expecting great things from our visit on Wednesday night-however taking Rods advice i'm not giving a scoreline <laugh>

Bristol City were shocking at Coventry on Saturday and i hope they can at least turn up at Hillsborough and give it a good go. We so desperately need some new blood up front and if we can't bring in new blood then at least give Harry Cornick ago he can not be any worse than what we have playing at present.

City won't have a huge amount of fans there with a 350 mile round trip - unlike the sold out away end at Coventry Saturday.

I hope Manning and his players turn up or more rumblings are going to grow if it carry's on -6 away games without a win is not acceptable and needs addressing.

First time in a long time, I am predicting a loss, 1-0 Sheff Weds.

Same as Coventry for me. I would take a draw but expect a defeat.
A win would be just taking the piss out of our emotions and would re-inject some positivity - only for it to be crushed and broken again next game!
The footballing gods are laughing at us :headbang:

Everyone is laughing at us and I see this fixture as a carbon copy of what happened at Coventry with a 0-1 loss and little to cheer about. Our passing at Coventry was a bad joke along with the decision making and if that continues up at Hillsborough then the rest is predictable. I wonder what SL has as his requirements on the win/loss graph to maintain our Championship status for another season as that might get the supporters expecting something better and different next time out? Don't waste our time on the same old nonsense and excuses as we know they are just garbage dressed up as hope.

If we lose Manning will blame the pitch again, if we win it'll be more utter bulls**t.
You probably won't agree but if he brings Williams we have a chance but I don't think it matters if we win lose or draw.
While we p*ss about selling our best and bringing in the likes of Fally and Armstrong we're all wasting our time.

Where will a ‘proven’ goalscorer come from for £2.5m? Ryman League South?

I think our season is pretty much over
Sell whoever we can and take the money
If we can make 2 or 3 decent signings in the summer window then perhaps we can mount more of a challenge next season
