A pretty high scoring week for quite a few predictees this week, with 21 correct scores in all.

Top scorers with 19 points apiece were Kiwi and Turkish.

Kentgaz totalled 18, QprSki 16, Trammers 15, Steels 14, Hammersmith and Kilburn both hit 13 and TotallyQpr 12.

DaveRangers, Wherever, SurreyHoop and Hoop-Lief were next with 11 each.

Kiwi rises to the top yet again, this time with a 10 point lead over his nearest competitor.

Mentioned in Dispatches (as they used to say in the CCF after Arduous Training in the Lake District), like our team, with all my club optimism, I'm finally moving up out of the relegation spots. Now with my rather aggressive play, that's what my opponents told me at Chess last night (played every Tue, 6-9pm at a very nice nearby Cider House venue, where I've been partaking in the seasonal Picaroons Winter Warmer - I remember Young's in London, my brother used to buy a keg and place it on the kitchen counter top at parties, one of 4 draft beers on tap that they also carry) as I went 0-3 after going 2-0 last week. Now one of those guys had previously played in tournaments!
