Yep, my starter word is on there too. Only been using it a few months though since my hole in one.

 

So is mine and hers .

 

Are we saying they won't use the same word twice ? So if it is on that list it won't come up again??

I don't think they have so far, would take a while to count the words and days to check, unless its somewhere recorded.

Well that will keep down the guesses. If you found that you should also know the words remaining

 

They say no words are repeated and that can be confirmed by checking the number of words used so far against the game no. The Wordle dictionary contains just 2309 words available as correct answers. As we have had 1312 games that leaves just 997 words remaining. When there are only 2 words remaining I will probably get a birdie

The full Wordle database contains 12,966 words. That means that you could guess 10,657 words that are valid but not possible answers. On top of that 1312 words have already been used so that's another 1312 that can't be correct answers

I suspect, at some time, they will either start to re-use words or take another chunk of words out of the full Wordle database. No doubt it will all be made clear on good old Google

so out of the Wordle database of 12,966 they have 2,309 as possible correct answers, (So about another 10,650 to go) and of those 2,309 they’ve used 1,312 as at today. So roughly another 1,000 to go but then they can go back to the 10,000 and take another batch. Plenty of time to go yet then - about another 30 years worth.
