That's a **** decision giving it for handball against le fee, it rebounded off the defender onto his arm from half a yard away from him
Constantly got Mayenda and Isador mixed up And although Hume perhaps played like Denver at least get his name right
They must have been having a collective hallucination that they were watching it back on VAR and seeing something wrong. I hope we get an explanation. It needs looking at, just because not everything is corrupt it doesn't mean nothing is.
We don't win comfortably for sure, also mustn't watch the championship much as very rarely is there massive wins for teams
13 points clear in the playoff race and that’s with no games in hand for any teams as well is ****ing quality btw. got so wrapped up in wanting to be promoted now that I’ve lost sight of how far we are from the original goal.
Rigg was awful tonight. He just couldn't hold onto the ball. He needs a rest and else need proper width with Le Fee inside. Rigg is a great player but has been off the pace for a while now.
No way it’s corruption like. It’s just a **** decision. They haven’t got somebody in their ear saying “no we need Sunderland to draw please”
Not necessarily pace for me, although that’s one way to do it. You just need someone who is gonna push them back. Rigg is a lovely footballer - and did start to knock off the rust as the game went on - but Roberts would have them backing off immediately.
Not everyone, I'm loving it. People who want width, pace, this player here and that player there can football manager themselves to death for all I care ... ... what actually matters is what happens on the pitch and we won. Now we have another test against the bottom team playing their Cup Final with nothing to lose. Ha'way the Lads!!!
Imagine if there was a live audio where the ref says something like "I think the striker was offside from the original pass, also think he may have obstructed the defender. Can you check this for me and give me any evidence to disallow the goal?" Everyone on TV and in the stadium hears that, and the 4th official (or whoever) relays what they can see from the replays. Again, we might not agree with the interpretation, but at least there is some clarity and transparency.
Just glad we didn't ship one in the 96th otherwise my wife would have been angry as a new TV would have to be purchased.
Doesn't look well when the goal is given, 20 seconds pass, the derby player shouts in the refs ear, goal disallowed.
I never thought they were gonna score mind. Raggy second half but I just didn’t see us conceding. Patto been absolutely superb recently. As a goalkeeper before some drip says his kicking is gash.
agreed it doesn’t look good. That’s an understatement. Looks ****e. but it’s not a conspiracy. Just awful decision making and incompetence.
