I don't think we were that bad to be honest...

Let down by the same problems we've had all season yet again though. General play was good, but as with every other game we keep fluffing our lines in front of goal and making the worst possible mistakes in front of our own, at the worst moments.

They could have scored more, but then I think so could we.

We're really direct now compared to our last few managers. We play out from the back quite effectively at times and take 3 or 4 passes rather than 23 or 24 passes. Some of our advanced build up is really good too... However - that killer pass, or the moment a shooting opportunity occurs we still too often see the team lack composure or quality in those moments when it's needed most.

The other problem is we still have too many moments where it turns into headless chickens at the back. You'll get one player doing what they're supposed to do and then 2 or 3 either panicking and taking their eye off the opposition, or trying to be far too casual when clearing.

A poor result against a poor side. We lacked a spark and Geldhart provided a little bit just too late. Was a lovely goal though. Crooks should have been on earlier. Amrabat may have added something too tonight. Not sure why he didn’t feature. Don’t know what’s happened to Drameh. Seems to have been to the Giles School of Defending.

Overall, it adds to why we need something more in the attacking third. We barely tested their keeper. I have high hopes for Kyle Joseph though. I also think we’ll see a reaction on Friday. Fear no one. UTT.

Well I'm having a break this weekend - watching Rervers in Amsterdam - limited to watching City on my laptop with the odd Oranjeboom to drown my sorrows or celebrate as the case may be

Will this season ever end?
Someone put a bullet in it and do the humane thing and end it now....
That was positively, definitely the worst game I've seen since the last worst game...

Manager got it all wrong from the start.
I'm inclined to agree... even with Chair on the pitch Macca was going to have problems. Jacob should have been on from the start. The back 4 played against Millwall because of height at dead balls, that wasn't going to be the case today.

The alarming thing for me was how we looked knackered after an hour with 2 and a half days rest on the back of a win. now they have 2 days on the back of a loss..

They're one of the form teams in the division currently. They're far from poor.

Sucked the pace out of the game and stifled us very well I thought.

Don't think we played to our best, but dismissing them as a poor side is just rubbish.

My point is that it is an aspect of his game which he shows every week.
Not sure why you're so upset at what was a description of Drameh that was curiously not even aimed at you.
I was shouting and now I’m upset
Amazing what you know
It was a **** challenge if you can even call it that
Now be good and **** off

But we'll have a few new players who will be ready to start Friday. Joseph, (presumably) Crooks, etc.

Nice drink Oranjeboom. Shame the stuff we get here now is brewed under licence crap and not the proper stuff we used to.

A team that gives the ball away so easily (like Millwall did), I will always class as poor.
