    Match Preview;
    They have won two, drawn two and lost one in their last five, gaining 8 points which have seen them move from the bottom of the table to 21st, and just outside the relegation zone. Their top scorer is João Pedro with 5 goals. Their manager, Rubén Sellés, joined them from Reading, where he managed 34 wins from his 78 games in charge. Since joining Hull, he has won 3, drawn 3 and lost 3. Since returning to Chamionship, after a year in League 1 in 2020/21, they've finished 19th, then 15th, then 7th last year...so this year will be a disappointing turn in their upward trend.

    As for us, as 999's has posted below, we are second in the form table, with 6 wins, 1 loss and 3 draws from our last ten. We've scored 15 and conceded 8 in those ten games, which has been wonderful to see! Our turn in form has seen us move up to 12th, and only 6 points away from the top six. I know I've said this before, but I'd rather go up when we are ready than go up too soon and drop back down again and once again, start from scratch. In the short-term though, it is splendid to see us sit safely in mid-table and looking like we can enjoy the rest of the season, and give the squad time to gel and the younger players experience of first team football, especially seeing Rayan Kolli score 3 in his 9 appearances.

    Marti's Cifuentes pre-match comments;

    "To expect the game to be easy because we are in a good trend is not the reality of the league, it's the opposite. The most important thing is that the team continues to work in a humble way. It takes a lot to win games in this league and we need to keep growing as a team."

    ...COME ON YOU SUPER HOOPSA!!!

    Very even past stats between us, so game could go likely go either way, but at least a draw would be nice after another long away roadtrip.

    Delighted to say I’ll be enjoying the true cultural capital of Yorkshire on Tuesday and even more delightful I’ve got over an hour to kill after the game for the train home so can do some sightseeing.

    This is possibly the most footballing type of girl that's ever been on here.
    Because she has 'football eyes' one home and one away!!

    Cheers Dave
    A whole hour? The station is the definition of ‘end of the line’. It’s been decades since I’ve been there, but I think it will really shine in the dark on a Tuesday night.

    The odds are weird on this one. Despite the form table as per 999's post and them having the same points as Portsmouth in the first drop zone, they're expected to win! :emoticon-0138-think

    Playing a midweek away after a weekend away, especially with long distance, statistically affects it a lot. It’s a tough game. Saying that I wouldn’t go near them at a shade over Evens.
