they are really quick on the turnover throwing bodies in the mix. we have to be really careful but its the same the otherway around good game.

Once we scored was expecting a easy run but its far from that. Wendies are up for their cup final committing when they need too. We have had all the chances though. They are hounding our fullbacks on our build up not letting them breathe and seem one step ahead in Midfield. But once we do get through plenty gaps to filter something out rather than look at a compact box of players. Wendies playing 100% better than their home game in which they lost. Even though they never really threatened our goal they have deffo turned us inside out a few times.
Thought we’d be breathing easy after an early goal and a mistake unsettling their keeper, but no. Bullying us in midfield aided by the ref as usual.
Very cold at ER. The ref is definitely piggy backing them up the pitch but they can wrestle us as much as they want. We're not quite at the races today so need to just grind this out and take 3 points. On the Meslier situation. There is definitely a nervy feel when the ball is thrown in to our area. Meslier is just static, he looks shot to pieces.
Bit of a dull watch so far and an awful atmosphere for a local Derby. Another goal will be needed as Wednesday look like they might s ore one
Meslier poor, referee worse and we've done our usual sitting back after we've scored instead of pushing on, has to be Farke's instructions, happens every match now. Aside from the Ampadu tackle they've not created much definitive though.
