Bournemouth are particularly strong down their left. If they can dominate Tino, I dread to think how much joy they'll get against Sugawara and/or Bree.
The only good thing about this is that Bournemouth will be torn apart by the bigger clubs. These players are not going to want to play at a tinpot League 1 stadium for very long. Bournemouth should have had a new stadium under construction by now. Manager will get poached as well.
Dreamland for Bournemouth fans would have been to make it to the PL one day, to have not only made it, but be flourishing in it would’ve been beyond the realms of reality. They really are a league 1/2 size club punching well, well above their weight. Fair play to them! Enjoy it while it lasts.
Seven PL defeats in a row for Leicester. The last time they picked up a point, they moved nine points ahead of us. We've really taken advantage of their bad run since, and cut that gap to...eight points.
The funniest thing was that they were I think not only out of the bottom 3, but 16th when he took over. One of my favourite expressions, be careful what you wish for.
I’m pleased Bournemouth are doing well (and Brighton). The south needs PL representation, and it’s clearly not us.
