According to Cooper’s ratings Pedro was a 6.5. Some people’s opinions, including mine, will differ.

I think we can also start putting to bed the myth that Walter's squad was so poor it was largely out of his hands - Selles has had even more injuries to deal with and is beginning to approach Walter's points total after 10 fewer games.

The squad probably was never top half worthy - but it was always better than bottom 3.

I'm starting to look forward to the rest of the season.

Extremely well said. Some of the post-Walter stuff on here about our players has been absolutely wild.

Another away win and a much needed 3 points today thank you. Work in progress still but thought we looked pretty secure at the back today and Selles used the subs well.

Hilarious that we might get to the summer worrying about how we replace Pedro and Amrabat <laugh>

good ****housing by Amrabat but he looked rusty as ****, understandably.

His man ran into the box and was completely unmarked in front of Rushworth and fortunately the cross was blocked .

Gritty performance against a poor Millwall side, neither side created much which we will have to do more of in future games, however excellent much needed 3 points. We got a bit of luck with the goal for a change but sometimes when you keep a clean sheet that’s what happens. Safe journey to all who supported and traveled.

A steady performance by City. Short on fireworks but plenty of honest endeavour and clearly improved organisation. Kamara was a bit more involved than he has been in most games but he's just a bit slow to react with the ball at his feet. Good 3 points.

Hull boss Ruben Selles told BBC Radio Humberside:

"It's difficult always to come here and try to perform. We had some phases that we controlled the game and created situations when we should go in front.

"There were some situations where we didn't find the pass and ended up being under pressure, but overall I think it was a good performance.

"My team showed they can play in defensive scenarios and still be powerful, aggressive and win football matches.

"With the goal, Regan is a fantastic ball carrier, he attacked the space and we were in the situation where we had a runner at the first post, runner at the back post, another runner arriving, and every ball there either we'll score or it's very difficult to defend, and it went in."
