A really steady game at the back when we needed to win balls in the air Great win, finally a little bit of luck with the goal that we fully earned. Deservedly kept a shut out at the back through a team desire & effort. Loved the battling attitude, no longer the soft touch tackles we put in earlier in the season.
Alzate Jones McLoughlin. ... Magnificent three away points at the start of a big week. Its never easy at Millwall, no matter how bad we made them look, and a 12.30 ko on a January Saturday morning in South London is no picnic either. Never gave them a sniff, which is exactly how you get out of a relegation dog fight. Not a classic by any stretch of the imagination, but the same result, three valuable away points. Every player played a part, left a foot in, and fought for the shirt. The new lads looked good too. What's not to like? UTT.
