You obviously never watched Garry Rowell then. Bent could have been a great scorer but money got in the way along with Brucie's offspring.

Didn't realise Rusyn wasn't even on the bench last night. Think he'll be away this week and we'll sign a forward.

Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s one of our highest earners when you think of how big a deal it felt last year (probably the same with AA). Will give us some flexibility wage wise when one or both leave

Mad to think in maybes a month time we could have a bench with Watson, Rigg, mayenda, samed and even a new forward signing to bring on and change a game. Huge when the seasons fatigue hits teams in the last 12 games or so.

Right footed gadget attacking midfielder who’s played a lot of games (including most recently) on the left. He’s young and talented but we’ve already got Aouchiche and Aleksic who aren’t getting minutes. Doesn’t look a game changer to me.

Hadn't realised how young Goodrham is. Thought he was 26/27. Be happy with that and Riis if we go with the cheaper options.

Goodrham makes a lot of sense, a profile like that who can play 11,10,7 positions and then a centre forward like Frigan

He's probably not one to change the landscape this season I don't think. More the Mundle type signing where we'd be looking towards next season.

It’s the ability to handle the mental side of the game. If a sports psychologist can sort him out to keep it together I think it would benefit his all round game. There’s no real pressure when he’s hitting the spectacular but being clinical in the one v one takes a lot more cool Would love to see him improve into our reliable penalty taker. headedness. On that note Mayenda could probably do with a bit of time on the couch too.
