I think Slaters contributed enough in recent weeks but so far this game has been a bit too physical and he's not really suited to it.

Through on goal and we’ve managed to get it back to our keeper, lovely play

Pedro, Alzate and Kamara between them are looking very lively.

Pedro again, vision and ability is incredible. Kamara did well again too.

Poor quality this. Slater is the worst of the three midfielders. Alzate and Pedro are playing great balls to Kamara but his languid playing style means he’s a yard behind and the defenders can recover.

its whats so frustrating about kamara
he should have had 3 great shots and potentially a goal

a direct winger like belloumi would have

If anyone else is listening on Humberside I have to say how good it is to have a commentator on who clearly actually wants us to do well rather than trying to be impartial.

Crooks on for Slater if he’s fit enough please, Rubén. We can win this and we need to start picking up wins.

    Even if he isn’t

And there’s a huge hole behind Pedro we need to get into to get some goals

Well although scrappy I like that we are competing all over the park, Pedro is everywhere and Kamara looking lively, it's there to win this, just need to step up. Crooks to get the winner, ya heard it here first !

Imagine if we got Belloumi in some of the positions we get Kamara in. Title charge might be on next year

Don't we ever play on a Saturday afternoon at 3pm anymore?

Pedro’s dropping deep and playing some good passes but the two wide players Burstow and Kamara just don’t have that explosive pace to run in behind. Kamara would rather receive the ball to feet and dribble and Burstow isn’t the quickest either.

This style of football needs two really quick wingers playing off the shoulder if our number 9 is dropping that deep.

Not the best of games, but steady enough, get Crooks and Gelhardt on and steal it in the last 30 minutes.
