The Lawman has passed, the last of the holy trinity - a true legend.

For my generation in particular this is such a sad moment. The three of them have gone, they graced the football field with a sublime talent and passion that will never be seen again - mud bath pitches, the heavy leather ball barely rolling in the quagmire, yet one of them would inevitably emerge to add a touch of magic - United magic. Such a sad loss.

I was 8 when Denis Law retired so didn’t really know much about him apart from in later years seeing him on tv etc. reading about him on wiki he was obviously a fantastic goalscorer and away from everything he was a great man. RIP Mr Law.

Had the honour of watching all three of them play together quite a few times but was fairly young and did'nt fully appreciate what i was watching.
Was actually at the game where The King back healed the ball into our goal for City. Pure instinct and i was nearly crying when he immediately walked off looking devastated.
