Wilder said in his press conference that Cannon wants to join them and they just need to do a deal with Leicester. So I wouldn’t necessarily believe that Leicester fan account with 500 followers
Doubt he'd have said it unless it was all agreed with them and Cannon. Sheff Utd have been really poor at closing deals this window though. They've been negotiating a loan deal with Leicester for Chaudhury for over a week now and can't agree on the transfer option / obligation.
I definitely would more believe a manager giving a press conference to the media than a faceless fan site claiming to know whats going on.
few things of this that dont sit right 1) there is another club in the fray for TC and you dont know what the player is feeling 2) its very unprofessional - things like this should be kept a secert until a deal is done 3) RLB would never 4) Sheff utd are a ****e club 5) we are better 6) hope TC doesnt go there, comes here scores the winner in the PO final against them 7) we play tonight and could go back top of the league 8) we are mint 9) you guys are awesome 10) ha'way the lads
I'll never tire of seeing things go wrong for that potato-faced turd. He's half the manager he thinks he is.
Is there a direct quote for that mate? Read a story on his Cannon quotes but couldn’t see anywhere him saying that Cannon wanted to join them.
Depends who you believe. Chris Wilder says they've made a bid for Cannon and that every player they're in for wants to join them. Nixon has said both us and Sheff Utd have agreed a deal with Leicester.
I’ve expected all along that they throw extra money at it. If they do more fool them. That’s not a disrespect to the player who I’d clearly like here, more a reflection on the fact that I like us making sensible decisions for the long term. They nearly went under less than two years ago and are throwing cash around like confetti.
It come across as him trying to cover up? It's not fake could well be banter like. Class read that mate, especially how agents and players view us. Thanks for sharing. Letting players like Clarke go when they were ready will help immensely as well, can't pay for the positivity that would have spread about the club amongst agents with young players looking to get developed for the next level!
Cannon’s agent probably wouldn’t be doing his job if he wasn’t telling every interested party that they were Cannon’s preferred destination (‘now you just need to match the salary being offered elsewhere by x etc’).
