A new poll on the BBC series 'The Traitors' shows that people are more open to being Traitors if they're right wing - which won't come as a surprise to anyone who watched the last 14 series of 'The Tories'.

Ceasefire between Hamas and Israel, let’s hope this one lasts and moves beyond the hostage swaps.

Trump taking credit, maybe it’s co-incidence, but his ego for “doing a deal” may not be the most pure motivation to sign peace treaties, but it’s potentially a nice outcome his regime would bring to the world.
US backed Israel is a lot more straightforward to deal with than Russia of course.

 

Ceasefire and any moves to ease the humanitarian crisis and get hostages returned welcome. Well short though, of the agreements and changes in attitude needed to bring a lasting peaceful coexistence after decades of conflict. To many hawks not enough doves.

 

Well they’ve stopped killing each other for now, so that has to be a good thing.

 

Interesting that Leon Skum’s AI platform Grok, which has until today been telling people that many British Prime Ministers have been invited to US Presidential inaugurations, has now corrected itself.

No British PM has EVER been invited to, or attended, a Presidential inauguration, so Keir Starmer has not been snubbed by Trump.

Skegness and Dubai, bloody hell

Bleak doesn’t begin to cover it…

 

But the 14 hours spent on the round trip at least gives him some joy because he’s away from both

 

Never been to Dubai, but have done several caravan holidays to Skeggy, always enjoyed ourselves…..and brilliant fish and chips

 

I’ve never actually been, tbh. Would probably love it, I like English seaside towns, the tattier the better.
