He might be the best we got but there are far better goalies out there and it is transfer market month so it's timed nicely to get someone else
Who knows though. Maybe ther is someone lined up. They’re not going to say so or criticise Meslier. One thing for sure, if they don’t bring in a keeper it’ll show a total lack of ambition
I would agree with you other than that he’s been our first choice for over three seasons yet his command of the box, the organisation of his defence at set pieces, his positioning or his basic shot stopping doesn’t seem to have improved (and that’s not taking into account the horrendous errors that have already been discussed). So when you say mature, is that simply by age, because he has a lot of games under his belt?
It's just something that was always said back in the day that goalies are better when they are in their late 20s
I will guarentee there are better goalies out there than meslier he might cost us promotion we need him sold and buy a replacement put darlow in till end of season if we can't get a replacement this month
True , we need to get rid of him , defenders won't trust him fully now which is not good and can lead to them making mistakes
