We’ve been as such for well over a year now.

At what point does anyone at the club, manager or board, realise that something needs changing in order to prevent as such. There’s no improvements on the horizon by doing what we’re doing.

In SOME games there is...hence my view on us being inconsistent.

The Liverpool performance was excellent. We played pretty well v Newcastle and were a little unlucky tbf.

But it is what it is. I'm still of the view we need to give him time like we did with burkinshaw in the 70s

Weirdly, the other day I heard Ange compared to Martin Jol

As an insult

A week ago we beat Liverpool and played well ... tonight we've been poor ... I have said it time after time we are simply inconsistent. Think that there is some over reaction tonight.

Way too simplistic to say it’s just inconsistency.

I know you like and rate Ange but he’s part of the problem rather than a solution for me. League results are dire and only getting worse.

Lewis-Skelly booked when he's not playing. Not for the first time.
He and Rice are subbed for Merino and Zinchenko.

It's not inconsistency alone imo.

We've looked like deer in the headlights since the first minute.

That's on the manager. He can't seem to mentally prepare his players for these occasions.

But you’ve said yourself we’re inconsistent, so good and bad results are gonna happen, that doesn’t necessarily mean improvements are on the horizon. I’m not really seeing anything substantially improving or beginning to improve to think “over x amount of games or time we’ll be considerably better”.
