Great result. Missed the game (still on holiday) - but looks like we dominated again.

Worried about Villa as thats always a super tricky fixture. If we can keep up with Liverpool we may reel them in - they have some tough fixtures in Feb/March

Missed the game too, but caught up afterwards.

Great result and better performance than what we'd seen recently. I was seriously worried our season was going to spiral after the last 3 results and with Spurs/Villa in close succession. I'm still not 100% confident for the Villa game, but I have a bit more confidence after that Spurs result.

We created more chances, played better football, pressed them into making turnovers high up the field, our midfielders made late runs into the box and we were quite relentless in terms of sustaining pressure. However, our profligacy in front of goal and decision-making of our attackers is absolutely shocking. We need to get a player or two in ASAP because we are down to the bare bones in attack right now. We found a way eventually against Spurs after they went 1-0 up, but we won't always get those opportunities.

We did get lucky with the equaliser as it was never a corner in the first place, but decisions like that can happen. Spurs needed to defend the situation once the corner was given and they couldn't do it. I'm also a believer in the perspective that, if you don't play well enough or deserve to get a result based on the quality of your performance, I don't think there's too much room to complain overall.

But it's always good to get a morale-boosting win (especially against them lot) and if we can find a way to beat Villa too, then that'd be an excellent turnaround. Going to be very tough, though...

Special mentions to Gabriel, Rice and, of course, Lewis-Skelly. He was absolutely fantastic in every phase and didn't let the occasion affect him negatively. In fact, the opposite - he was thriving in those conditions. You can tell he knows what this game means. What a superb talent he is.
