I take back what I said about Frigan. Didn’t clock he’s only 21! watching some footage of him and looks like he’d be a good option for a versatile forward and is a good finisher westerlo are poor so the goal every 3 games can be forgiven
I know I shouldn’t paint him with the same brush but Frigan would feel a very Rusyn-esque signing. I want somebody who can come in and impact games now, not spend 12 months getting used to English football.
I do feel there’s probably better options for us though. However, if it’s a permanent deal with another ambitious loan forward I’d be all for it so he can be mixed in with the squad @Scout73 imagine you’d feel the same
True, the good thing about this lad is he is not some small weak striker coming to try and be physical in the champ
Unelss this Frigan is purely just an upgraded backup for Isidor rather than pushing Isidor out completely
Yep I like Frigan in the bits I've seen him, seems like he would adjust to English football Been on the fringes of the Croatian national team squad as well
Frigan is valued at 5m euros on transfermarkt like so I think he might be on the same level but abroad?
The difference is he's played well in another country as well, I think he speaks English as well which will make a difference I'm sure he's one of a number of players we are looking at tho
I actually think he will be better at RM, he puts in a shift upfront but he isn't a commanding CF - likes to drop deeper to link play
Not sure how I feel overall with this link mind, doesn't give me the same excitement level as the others linked, feels like we are targeting higher than him
