Tbf, TC, after that showing, most of us want him out. My patience bank has now run dry. Their goal, I’m sure he could have got a foot on the ball, if not, take one for the team & pull him before he gets to the box. When he gets subbed, he’s shaking his head, chuntering, fuming, only himself to blame. Didn’t shake hands when subbed, he must be stinking the place out, and needs gone, whether that’s on loan or sold, therein lies another problem, taking a financial hit, damage limitation, to get rid.
For all his big reputation in that one season at Boro, the truth is the Luton manager didn’t pick him and none of the three City managers since he arrived have fancied him, usually (and embarrassingly) preferring a right footer. Increasingly looking like that Boro spell was a blip in an otherwise mediocre career.
