I have a good friend who is a Pompey supporter Wooperts, we have a lot of banter between us over the last few years, I know this season in a lot of games you have been in the lead & either Pompey have gone on to lose or draw.
I know the feeling, I have one this season away v Crawley & that's only because my daughter lives up that way
I was planning on going up for the game, now it's a Friday evening getting home at midnight & finding roads closed for roadworks on the way home blow that.
Well it's FA Cup 3rd round weekend and for some godforsaken reason we are playing tonight against Pompey who I don't expect to be going into this game all guns blazing with the fight going on at the bottom of the championship, in the last couple of weeks the wheels seem to have come off our steam train but Matty hasn't let the grass grow under his feet and has quickly bolstered his squad with two giant center backs. I won't be travelling tonight far too cold and frosty so hopefully I can catch up with the game somehow there's always the commentary on Wanderers TV too fall back on and hopefully we will be in the hat for the fourth round
Only 2 games on tonight so I’d assumed we would be on tv somewhere. Can’t understand why we aren’t to be seen anywhere.
Good to see butcher Vokes and Bishop on the team sheet the a lot of the line up on Tuesday looked on last legs
Looks like 3 at the back again. I’m all for having a plan b, but surely wait to try it out when you have the right players. Leahy is surely not a LCB.
