Russel Martin has joined the list and it makes me a little ticked off when I see 2 managers sacked after the season they both got promoted. Loyalty has been overrun by money as always. Being shown the door is never good but at Christmas it stinks and it doesn't allow enough time for the new person to review his squad and make any decisions for the upcoming transfer window. Rightly or wrongly Lansdown has generally given his manager more than enough time to change the fortunes of our club and only when it's clearly obvious that a change has to be made does he pull the plug.
